WAY TO PAY
At present, our payment system is unavailable for maintenance. Payment can be made at the vessel station on the day of your excursion. Your reservation will remain confirmed.
Easy Pay
Ticket Payment is a convenient and efficient method for settling the cost of trips that have been reserved with Stingray City Cayman Islands. Once you have registered for a trip, you have the flexibility to make the payment at your convenience. To complete the payment process, you only need to provide a ticket number and registration details.
Retain a duplicate of your ticket and payment receipt for authentication during the check-in process.

Enter six-digit number located on ticket

Enter credit card details along with total amount indicated on ticket.

Submit payment by clicking the payment button

Your transaction details will also be emailed to you for your record. We suggest printing a copy.
How pay your Stingray City ticket:

Enter the six-digit number indicated on the upper left of the ticket in red. Example: 100001

Enter lead Passenger listed on the ticket below.

Insert the total amount listed on the ticket unless otherwise instructed

Copy of paid ticket will be sent to your email address.
