STINGRAY CITY, REEF SNORKEL, STARFISH,  AND TURTLE  ENCOUNTER

The Stingray City and Turtle Centre experience provides visitors the opportunity to swim with stingrays, followed by an hour dedicated to learning about turtles and capturing memorable moments. Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with turtles in multiple holding tanks during the tour. The tour encompasses the Educational Center and can be guided at no additional charge upon request.

Tours commence at the Royal Watler Cruise Ship Terminal or any local resort/Safe Haven Marina for those driving, then proceed to the initial segment in the North Sound. Upon arrival, you will embark on one of our vessels for a twenty-five-minute voyage through the North Sound to Stingray City Sandbar, situated 4.5 miles from the shore. This quartet also include Coral Gardens and Starfish Point beside the the Turtle Centre attraction. The final destination of this journey is the Turtle Centre, where visitors will get the opportunity to interact with green sea turtles. This tour is appropriate for all age groups and includes an admission pass to the center.

 

          Highlights of this tour include:

 

Feeding some of the largest southern rays in the Caribbean on the shallow (4ft.) sandbar for a duration of 45 minutes to an hour.

Visiting Coral Gardens, where water depth is approximately 10 to 12 feet.

Capture images of Cayman's beautiful coral reefs during a snorkel tour for a duration of approximately half an hour.

Visiting Turtle Farm in West Bay, which is approximately fifteen minutes from vessel station. During the tour, you will have access to holding tanks, an educational center, a breeding pond, and a crocodile pen.
